About this service
Bengaluru Property Connect provides property marketing services — presentation, dedicated property pages, paid digital promotion, enquiry handling and site-visit coordination — for property owners, builders and authorised brokers, primarily in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We publish property pages on this site as part of those campaigns and put interested buyers in touch with sellers. We are not a party to any sale, purchase or rental transaction that takes place between a seller and a buyer.
Marketing services and outcomes
Any marketing campaign we run for a seller is subject to a separate written agreement covering scope, duration, budget and fees. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services on particular terms, and nothing on this site guarantees a sale, a number of enquiries, a number of site visits, a price or a timeline. Enquiry screening identifies relevance based on the information a prospect gives us; it does not certify anyone as a genuine, qualified or committed buyer.
Property information
Property details, photos, videos, floor plans and prices shown on this site are provided to us by the seller (the owner, builder or their authorised representative). While we make reasonable efforts to present this information accurately, we do not independently verify every detail, and details such as price, availability and condition can change. Buyers should independently verify all details — including ownership, title, approvals, encumbrances and condition — before making any decision, ideally with a qualified lawyer.
Labels on property pages
Labels shown on property pages (such as “Site Visited by Our Team”, “Documents Provided by Seller”, “Ownership Documents Provided by Seller”, “Full Document Set Available for Legal Review”, an approving-authority label or “RERA Number Provided”) describe exactly what they say: what the seller has provided to us, or what our team has personally seen. They are not legal verification, not a guarantee of title or approvals, and not a substitute for your own independent checks. Where a RERA registration number is shown, you can verify it directly on the official Karnataka RERA website (rera.karnataka.gov.in).
