What we collect

When you use an enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you provide — typically who you are (owner, builder, broker or buyer), your name, phone number, email address if given, property type, locality and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry about selling, marketing or buying a property.

When you click a WhatsApp or “Call” button on the site, you are taken directly to WhatsApp or your phone’s dialer. We do not collect or store anything from that click on our end; any conversation that follows is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

At present this website does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. If we add measurement or advertising tools in future, we will update this page before doing so.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Property view counts

To show approximate interest on a property page (for example, “50+ people have viewed this property”), we count how many times each property page is viewed. To avoid counting the same visitor twice, we temporarily process a one-way, irreversible scrambled version of your IP address. This is automatically deleted after 12 hours, is never stored in its original form, and is never linked to your name or any other information you provide. It is used only to keep the view count accurate.

How we use it

Information submitted through an enquiry form is used to get back to you about the property, campaign or requirement you asked about. If you are a seller, we use it to review your property and discuss a possible campaign. If you are a buyer, we may use it to tell you about properties we are marketing that match what you described. We may keep a record of past enquiries for our own reference, for example to follow up or to understand interest in a property.

Sellers and property information

When we market a property, the seller provides us with property details, photos, videos and documents. Property pages show property information and media, not the seller’s personal contact details, unless the seller asks for them to be shown. Documents are used to answer buyer questions and to organise the paperwork buyers and their lawyers may request; they are shared only for that purpose.

Data storage

Enquiries submitted through this website are sent by email to our team. This website is hosted with Hostinger. Enquiry records we keep are stored securely and only for as long as needed for the purposes above.
